About Joseph Kinsman
Joe is the President of Southwest Nova Insurance Group, providing Life, Living Benefits and Health insurance to over 500 businesses in South West Nova Scotia. He was born and raised in Wolfville, and attended Acadia University for his undergraduate degree. Upon graduation, he began working politically with the Nova Scotia Government. After three years he chose a different path and in 2006, became a Financial Advisor with London Life. Joe quickly started specializing in employee benefits and that focus still remains his primary area of expertise. Joe loves working with business owners, implementing and managing their employee benefit plans. Joe firmly believes in building plans the right way and staying ahead of challenging market trends. Today’s medical costs are skyrocketing, it is critical to ensure your plan balances benefits, usage and cost.
Joe lives with his wife Naomi and their two daughters, in Canaan Nova Scotia. When he isn’t working, he is spending time with his girls, He enjoys getting outside in the woods and loves hunting and fishing! Joe is grateful Southwest Nova Insurance is based in Wolfville, his old stomping grounds. Joe looks forward to providing solutions to business owners for many years to come
